Event photos are personal. Here's how we look after them.

Storage

• Photos, videos and account data are stored on Appwrite Cloud, which encrypts data at rest.
• All traffic between your device and SnapNexus is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Photos are resized on the guest's phone before upload, and marked with the event name.

Accounts

• Host sign-in is handled by Appwrite. Passwords are stored hashed and are never visible to us.
• Only the host who created an event can manage it from the dashboard.
• Private group passcodes are stored hashed.

Payments

• Payments go through your own UPI app. SnapNexus never sees or stores your bank, card or UPI PIN details.
• We only keep the UPI reference number you give us, to confirm the payment.
