Terms of Service

By creating an event on SnapNexus, or by uploading to one, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

Plans

• Free Trial: one event per account, live for 1 hour from when it's created. Free trial walls show ads.
• Single Event (₹49): one event with no time limit and no ads. Photos can be downloaded for 30 days.
• Pro Creator (₹999 per 30 days): unlimited events while your plan is active, no ads, your own logo on the wall and priority support.

We may change prices or plans in future. Changes never affect a plan you've already paid for.

Payments

• Payments are made by UPI directly to SnapNexus. After you pay, you submit your UPI reference number and we switch your plan on once the payment is confirmed. This is usually within a few hours.
• If a payment doesn't arrive or doesn't match, we'll contact you by email before switching anything on.
• If something went wrong with a payment or your event, email sooperfast.net@yahoo.com and we'll work it out with you.

Hosts

• You're responsible for your event wall, including moderating what appears on it. You can hide or delete any upload from your dashboard.
• Only share your event's QR code with people you're happy to have posting to it.
• Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Guests

• Only upload photos and videos you took or have the right to share.
• Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that invades someone's privacy.
• By uploading, you allow the event host to display your upload on the wall and download it.

Our responsibilities

• We work hard to keep SnapNexus running smoothly, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Don't rely on it as the only copy of important photos. Download them after your event.
• SnapNexus isn't responsible for what guests upload. We may remove content or suspend events that break these terms.

Changes

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using SnapNexus after a change means you accept the updated terms.
